  Oxiana has an employee performance share scheme that is implemented across our offices and operations. Shares are issued based on individual and company key performance indicators that include environmental, safety and social licence accomplishments.   Comprehensive medical insurance is provided for all senior staff (grade 5 and above) and for expatriates while travelling to and from site and whilst on site. We also pay medical insurance up to a designated amount for junior staff.

  Comprehensive medical insurance is provided for all staff employed at Golden Grove which covers medical and ancillary benefits.
