  • Salary
    Oxiana offers very competitive employment terms and conditions, both in Australia and overseas.

  • Oxiana share scheme
    Oxiana has an employee performance share scheme that is implemented across our offices and operations. Shares are issued based on individual and company key performance indicators that include environmental, safety and social licence accomplishments. We believe that the implementation of such a plan provides an incentive to staff by enabling them to participate in benefits associated with Oxiana’s successes.

  • Employee Assistance
    Access to an employee assistance confidential counselling program has been set up at our Golden Grove Operation and corporate office for employees and their families.

  • Maternity leave
    Paid maternity leave is available at all sites and offices.


  • Medical Insurance (Sepon & Golden Grove operations)
    Sepon
    Comprehensive medical insurance is provided for all senior staff (grade 5 and above) and for expatriates while travelling to and from site and whilst on site. We also pay medical insurance up to a designated amount for junior staff.

    Golden Grove
    Comprehensive medical insurance is provided for all staff employed at Golden Grove which covers medical and ancillary benefits.
