American Depository Receipt (ADR) Program
In late 2005, Oxiana announced it had set up an American Depositary Receipts (ADR) program in the USA. This is a Level 1 ADR that is tradeable in the Over The Counter market or the OTC. The new ADR began trading on 17th January 2006 and has the following characteristics:
