Policy
Oxiana’s Code of Conduct applies standards for appropriate ethical and professional behaviour for all employees and Directors working for Oxiana or subsidiary companies. It is based on Oxiana’s values of Respect, Action, Performance and Openness which form the basis of, and underpin all of Oxiana's business relationships.

Oxiana retains sole discretion to interpret or modify this policy at any time.

Purpose
The policy reinforces the position and importance of Oxiana’s values and provides employees with clear guidelines as to Oxiana’s expectations of their behaviour generally and with regard to a number of specific issues listed below.
